House description
This holiday home with communal pool is located in a rustic finca in Bayon, in the authentic Spanish village Hondon de las Nieves.
The apartment is attached to the main home where the owner lives, but has a separate entrance. This way, you have your privacy, but you can always knock on the owner’s door for more information.
From the terrace you have a lovely view over the hills and vineyards. If you’re with more people you can book an extra 2 person bedroom (on request, against payment).
On the fenced domain you’ll find a communal pool with bar. Het pool, lounge area and divers terraces with sun loungers and barbecue are shared with possible other guests (max 2 people). Children can play football here, or enjoy themselves on the playground with trampoline.
The centre of Hondon de las Nieves, with it’s vineyards and annual religious fests, is within walking distance (15 min.). Have a glass of wine on one of the squares, the palm trees, olive and almond groves make the romantic picture complete. The available mountain bikes invite you to go for an adventurous ride in, for example, the protected park at the salt lakes of Santa Pola (50 min. by car). Pay a visit to the Terra Mitica in Benidorm, or go to the beaches of Santa Pola and Alicante (30min. by car).
