This detached villa is located in the Spanish inland, on the Costa Blanca, in the authentic Spanish village la Romana, where the Spanish culture is still prominently present. The rural villa offers you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the mountains and the peace and quiet. Despite the location in the Spanish inland, it only takes you 20 minutes to get to the beach.
The holiday home is fully equipped and comfortably decorated. Walk directly onto the covered terrace through the garden doors, and enjoy an evening outside. The villa disposes of a roof terrace which invites you to catch some sun or have a delicious barbecue. Another way to spend your day, would be to take a dip in the communal pool which is located near the house.
Nearby you’ll find the lovely city of Elche, known for it’s palm parks, the wonderful basilica and the many restaurants and terraces. Guardamar, at few kilometres distance, is the ideal place for water sports such as sailing or scuba diving.
The touristic holiday resort Benidorm is just a 45 minute drive away and has various theme parks, beaches, restaurants and of course a lovely promenade. Especially the water paradise ‘Aqualandia’ is worth a visit. It will take you 30 minutes to get to Alicante airport by car.
