House description
Apartment (1st floor, 38 m2) in an old restored monumental building in Umbria, close to Gualdo Cattaneo.
For the guests: common space (with fresco's and muzzles of l'oeil), garden with swimming pool (14 x 7 x 1,4 m), playground and other facilities.
There are a total of 5 apartments belonging to the building. The accommodation, situated panoramic over the hill, is located on an estate of 120 hectares, with olive and fruit trees (where olive oil is still produced). Production and sale of homemade olive oil. There is also the possibility of a guided tour to the wine cellars.
The owners have agreements with various restaurants in the nearby area regarding discounts for their guests.
The location makes it easy to visit the cities in the surrounding : Foligno within 16 km, Assisi within 27 km, Spoleto within 36 km, Perugia within 39 km, Rome within approx. 2,5 hours drive.
Internal of the residence is a restaurant where you can have dinner.
