This outstanding 3rd floor apartment with magnificent views of the River Arun and towards the sea is situated on the stunning East Bank riverside development in the delightful resort of Littlehampton. There are Blue Flag beaches (about 400 yards away), riverside walks, nautical history and a range of pubs, restaurants and shops all within a few minutes walk. Excellent sports facilities nearby and the South Downs are a short drive away for those who like country walks, cycling or horse riding. Littlehampton station is within easy walking distance and offers services to London, Brighton or along the coast to Portsmouth so this is a super base for those without a car.
