This charming holiday home is located against a slope, is very sunny and has a lovely view of the mountain landscape of the Schladming-Dachstein. The ski slopes and lifts of the Schladming-Rohrmoos ski area are right in front of the door (ski in- ski out) and in the direct area. You won't need the car for the entire holiday! In Schladming you'll find the slopes of the famous Planai area. One of these slopes is known for being the fastest World Cup slope in the world. So this is also a popular attraction for winter sports enthusiasts. You can see for yourself what it's like to cross the finish line, a true challenge for most! The area of Ramsau is also a popular ski resort, due to the fantastic slopes for beginners and cross country skiers. When you are on one of the peaks, you can enjoy a wonderful view. In the summer, this spot is the ideal base for many walks, climbs, golfing, swimming in one of the recreation lakes, and much more. You can enjoy the lovely village of Schladming, the centre of the region, and visit one of its many restaurants,cafes and shops. The apartment is very spacious and is located on the ground floor, and from the living room there is a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The furnishings are comfortable with a charming living room/diner, spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the summer you can use the communal garden. In short, a beautiful holiday destination at any time of year!
This house is a member of the Schladming-Dachstein-Sommercard. You pay the owner only in summer Euro 35 per person per week (compulsory). You will receive the new Summer Card which makes your holiday worth twice as much. With this card you can enjoy most of the leisure facilities in this holiday region free of charge!
