Chalet Hohentauren is in the middle of the village of Hohentauren. The village is at an altitude of 1,275 metres so snow is guaranteed. The chalet is practically beside the ski-lift. The detached, wooden chalet was built in 2009. It is equipped with every imaginable luxury. The chalet faces directly south so it enjoys the sun all day. The conservatory has wonderful panoramic windows. You can enjoy superb views of the mountains, ski-lift and village from there. The spacious terrace also provides a magnificent view of the mountains. The state of Steiermark magically transforms into the white heart of Austria in winter with its many wonderful ski resorts. In summer it is very popular for its many lakes, thermal baths and the impressive Hohe Tauren Mountain Range. More than 200 days of sun per year and snow-guaranteed ski-resorts create the perfect holiday area for all seasons.
