A residential complex on the Orcières Merlette slopes with comfortable apartments and a swimming pool.;
The Les Terrasses Residential Complex is in the village of Orcières-Merlette. The village is 32 km north-east of the town of Gap. This traditional ski-village is surrounded by trees and looks out over the Champsaur Valley. The Orcières ski-area is one of the few stations in the southern Alps to offer altitudes above 3000 metres. There are more than 100 peaks above the 3000 metre level. Orcières offers many sporting and cultural activities as well as skiing. You can enjoy walking and mountain biking, an igloo village, dog-sledge trips and cross-country skiing. The complex is built in chalet style and blends well with the surroundings. It is directly on the slope, allowing you to ski to and from the complex. All in all, Les Terrasses is a wonderful place for an enjoyable winter sports holiday.

The swimming pool is heated.
The restaurant tariff for winter 2009/2010 is as follows; seven dinners cost 128.00 per person. The cost is 178.00 per person at Christmas and New Year.
