House description
This is a beautifull part of a big house, situated in Briancon, with great views on the old city. Briancon is a city of art and history, at the south of Montgenevre and close to Italy (20 min by car), a perfect holiday destination for both summer and winter. Besides the skistation of Briancon (1200-2800m, 250km slopes), you could visit Serre Chevalier(1350-2800 m). As Briancon is close to Italy, there are many Italian influences, especially in gastronomy.
And the house has a lovely garden to enjoy!
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

It consists of thirteen cosy mountain villages, including Serre Chevalier, Le Monetier les Bains, Chantelemerle and Villeneuve and the historical town of Briancon. The area is a true paradise for skiers, with its endless pistes (250 km). It offers various possibilities for an unforgettable winter sports holiday.
The off-piste descent of eight kilometres and an altitude difference of more than 1000 metres is a true experience! Descending the woody pistes is no problem for beginners and advanced skiers alike. Above the tree limit there are numerous routes which will undoubtedly attract you.
For langlaufers, there are different levels of amenities. It is a perfect langlauf area, and there are many amenities along the loipes for a short break. There is also a trajectory that runs through the typical villages of Villeneuve and Chantemerle. You will saviour the warm French atmosphere in the many bars and restaurants.
