The spacious and comfortable villas are spread out over holiday park Zuytland Binnen. All villas are detached, on the water and have a veranda and garden furniture and have (multiple) sliding doors. You have the choice of five different variants: There is a 4-pers. type (NL-3212-01 with two or three bedrooms) and there are four different 6-pers. variants. The standard type (NL-3212-02), a standard plus type (NL-3212-03, just as the standard, but larger and with a second bathroom), a luxury type (NL-3212-04, just as the standard but with a sauna) and the luxurious plus variant (NL-3212-05, same as luxury, but with internet in the villa, a washing machine and extra TV channels). Something for everyone !

Holiday park Zuytland Buiten is a very peaceful park. There are lovely villas on the water with verandas with fishing options from the garden. This location is a great base for various excursions in to the multifaceted environment.;
In the midst of nature yet so near town! Zuytland Buiten is located in the village of Zuidland, called Sland in the local dialect. It is a village on the island of Voorne-Putten in the Dutch province of South Holland. The water rich and natural surroundings around this especially lovely holiday park give you the feeling of being completely away from it all. In the midst of nature, and yet you are in the centre of Rotterdam within half an hour. Certainly a visit worth visiting, with its many sights, including a visit to Euromast, which shouldn't be missed. The Haringvliet and the charming resorts of Ouddorp and Oostvoorne are only a stone's throw away. After a lovely day at the beach or in town, you can come back to your beautiful detached villa located on the water. On your veranda on the water you can enjoy a drink and the lovely view.
