At just 300m you will find the sea and beaches (pebbles). The holiday home is comfortably furnished and ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday on Samos island. The home is also stituated in one of the most picturesque locations of Samos. The terrace/balconies with sea view are the perfect place to enjoy dinners together.
The unspoiled nature and beaches of Samos are the ideal destination for nature lovers or those who love sunbathing. Also the mountains Kerkis and Ambelos with picturesque villages and ravines offer beautiful views and are worth a visit. The main port of Vathi is located at 8km and the port of Karlovasi is situated at 19km. Also excursions to Turkey are easily possible from this ports to Kusadasi. The airport of Samos is easily reachable at ca. 21km.

Car is essential to access the villa and explore the island. Livadaki sandy beach is 2km away from the villas but well worthwhile to visit. Offers water sports and snack bar.
