This detached holiday home is located in the eastern Peloponnesos, 3 km from the sea, in a quiet location on a 3000 m2 property. In addition to the large enclosed garden and the two covered terraces, this holiday house also offers a fantastic view of the ocean. The Mediterranean garden, with palm trees, olive trees and pine trees, offers sufficient shadow and sunny spots, and the outdoor shower will keep you cool. There is also a BBQ in the garden to enjoy a home cooked meal outdoors.
From this holiday residence, the sandy beaches of the Peloppenesos are accessible in only 5 minutes in the car (approx. 3 km), where you can relax for a day a the seaside. You can do your daily shop in Ermioni, approx. 7km. away. The region offers many beautiful places to discover in addition to Ermioni, such as Porto-Heli (approx. 7 km), the island of Spetses or day trips to Epidavros (approx. 52km), Nafplio (approx. 78 km) etc.
The homeowner lives 1.5 km from the house and is always available to give you tips and recommendations.
For info: Because the closest villages are approx. 7 km. away, an auto is necessary.
The house is located on a slope near the sea. The last kilometre to the house is poorly accessible in the event of rain (which hardly ever happens in the summer season).
