The residence is in Montrouge, a dynamic commune with many shops and which has the advantage of having managed to retain a sense of village life. It has a number of interesting monuments, like its great bells and town hall. Pablo Picasso lived in a workshop in Montrouge, and a number of personalities still live here today.
You can get to the centre of Paris very easily, whether by underground (lines 4 and 13) or by bus (buses 126 and 194, and there is a stop 50 metres from the residence). Montparnasse, Rue de Rennes and Luxembourg Gardens are just a few examples of the Paris districts you could visit easily.
