Through its quiet location, there are plenty of options for walking in the beautiful surroundings, horseback riding, cycling or auto excursions, photography or relaxing on the spacious terrace with a view over a Tuscan landscape of mountains and valleys. The holiday home is also located next to the Parque Nacional da Peneda-Gerês. The number of sun-hours in the region is great, and approx. 15 minutes away in the car, you can swim in the Ermal reservoir, sun yourself or practice water sports. Also in the region, you will find the authentic villages of Agra, Vila Boa, the Rio Ave, the wild Sierra da Cabriera etc. Only 15 minutes away in the car you will find various shops and on Monday morning there is a colourful market in Cabeceiras de Basto. The airport at Porto is easily accessible in approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes.
