Résidence Les Fermes de Samoëns is very peacefully situated in a lovely location in the pine forests and beautiful, steep rock faces in the valley. 0.8 km. from the centre of the attractive Samoëns. This residence was built in 2005, in the typically local l style of the Savoy region, using plenty of stone and wooden building materials. The apartments are spacious and attractively decorated. All apartments have a balcony. The 4-6 persons duplex apartments (FR-00000-384) are in some cases spread over two floors.

This combines much wood and natural stone. The complex consists of apartments, divided between small buildings of two storeys, and attached chalets.
