Residence Kormoran is located at only 150m from the beach in the well-known beach resort Cuxhaven-Döse. The residence offers 51 comfortable west or south-facing apartments. This apartment is ca. 40-55 m2 and has a terrace or balcony. The sleeping facilities (double bed or double sofa bed) in the living room are separated by a partition wall.
There is also an indoor swimming pool in the residence, which is freely accessible for its guests. You can also use the sauna, steam baths and solarium for an entrance fee. You can hire bicycles on site.
Cuxhaven-Döse offers everything for an unforgettable holiday at the seaside. You will find a 3 km sandy beach here, the heated outdoor swimming pool Steinmarne, an animal park with seals and penguins and a large play garden for the children. Cuxhaven offers much nature and culture, and is renowned for its excellent gastronomy.
Other interesting leisure possibilities are the harbour of Cuxhaven and its many attractions, the Wadden island Neuwerk or a minicruise to the seals of the Wadden sea.
Caution: the sauna can not be used between 09-01-2012 and 06-02-2012. The swimming pool can also not be used between 23-01-2012 and 06-02-2012.
