House description
Beautiful farm apartment with the North Sea coast situated only 5 km away.
The apartment was recently built in 2010 and has a high degree of luxury, comfort, quiet and privacy. The holiday apartment is located above the stables, and you have a beautiful view of the flower bulb fields.
The beach resorts of Groote Keeten and Callantsgoog are nearby, and they are famous for their beautiful clean beaches.
There are many opportunities to relax in the surrounding area, such as watersports, fishing, rowing, (kite)surfing, walking and swimming. You can also cycle in the area.
Or how about Schagen? This authentic town has a beautiful shopping centre and lovely church square with many terraces. A bit further afield is the lovely cheese town of Alkmaar, or visit Volendam, and naturally, a visit to the world metropolis of Amsterdam should not be missed.

General
Apartment “Landleven” has a private entrance where you directly find a spacious toilet. The staircase leads into the hall of the first floor, from where you can reach the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom and second toilet.
From an extensive balcony you can view the horse and sheep pasture, wilderness trails, forest and flower fields.
The whole apartment is modern, spacious and brightly decorated and well equipped. The apartment has a nice big kitchen with modern appliances and two spacious bedrooms. There is plenty of closet space and the whole apartment is fully equipped with central heating.
Living room
The intimate living room has a dining area as well as a lounge area with a huge couch and a sofa which can be turned into a double bed. Of course there is a television and DVD player in the apartment and enough closet space.
From the open do.ors you have access to the balcony. Also located in the living room a staircase to the storage space
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove with oven, Senseo coffee machine and kettle. You even have a washing machine and a drier at your disposal!
The kitchen is equipped with a natural stone countertop and wall tiles are placed around. The floor is tiled.

The apartment has a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower

There is a second toilet on this floor.
Bedrooms
In the apartment there are two spacious bedrooms, each approximately 15 m2. One room has a double bed, which could be moved apart as well. You will find a desk with an Internet connection and a laptop.
The second bedroom has a bunk that can be taken apart. Also in the second bedroom a dresser / chest of drawers is available. And upon request we can place a spare bed
