Typical house of Thiérache located on a hill near the Oise river and the famous Green Path, beautiful view, smartly decorated with a large enclosed tree garden neighbor a castle.You will like this region with its rich cultural heritage, its rolling hills and woods. The house is located 2 hours from Brussels, 2h30 from Paris and 1h30 from Reims.
Ideal stay for the entire family, angling, hike or ride. Around, possibilities to hire bikes, calash, bycycles and canoes.

Enjoy walks around the house and take the various roads that run along the castle and back into the hills even in remote villages. You would be unlikely to meet a soul! The fortified church of Englancourt, one of the finest of its category, is only a few hundred meters.

1/ The staircase leading to the 2 rooms of the stage is a little precipitous despite his banister. PLEASE, AVOID TO INSTALL VERY ELDERLY PERSON AT THE FLOOR.

As indicated in the description, the 2 other places are on the sofa in the living room.

The is a public phone box to a few hundred meters downwards Marly-Gomont, in the turn: phone cards are sold in all tobaccos (including Marly-Gomont).
WARNING : Mobiles receive only on the hill (take the road to La Capelle until the calvary or near the Englancourt church).

BRING A POOL IN SUMMER!
3/ Dining tables
As shown on the lounge picture, the large dining table (8 to 10 places) can be completed by a table-desk of 4 to 6 places.

* Don't forget to bring your CDs and DVDs.
* TV: Reception of **French** channels via the France Telecom satellit, and **german and some English ones** via the ASTRA satellit.

This house can be reserved at the same time as the close house "La Rabouillère". The combination of the 2 houses offers 17 beds and then, the court, the 2 gardens and the terraces form an exceptional framework for a garden-party. A large tent being able to shelter from 20 to 40 people with table can also be lent free with the help of expenses of assembly/disassembling (to contact the owner beforehand).
