The holiday home is a sixty year old cortijo, or farmhouse. It has been transformed into a comfortable, ecologically friendly holiday home. The home is equipped with every modern convenience. You can enjoy an erected swimming pool with a diameter of three metres during July and August. The owners want to be eco-friendly so energy is provided by five solar panels. These are supplemented by a diesel generator if necessary. The holiday home's quality is excellent but it requires an awareness of energy saving. It is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing country lifestyle far away from mass tourism. The towns of Abarán and Blanca are fifteen minutes away. The city of Murcia, capital of the province, is thirty five minutes away by car. The beaches and sheltered bays of the Costa Calida on the Mediterranean Coast are ideal for water sports. The coast is seventy five minutes away by car.
