Haus Anna is located in the historic wine town of Zell on the Mosel. The blue holiday home is located in the village a 100 metre walk away from the Mosel. The lovely shops, restaurants, busses, tourist information and other amenities are walking distance from the house. The train station (Bullay) is approximately 8 km away, where you can reach the larger cities of Trier and Koblenz within one hour. Some of the sights in Zell include the Pulverturm (powder tower), the Pfarrkirche (parish church of) St. Peter and Paul, the Heimatmuseum (museum of local history) and the Wine Museum and naturally the renaissance castle Zell, which is located in the middle of the town. You can also undertake lovely walks in Zell through the vineyards or wonderful cycling tours along the Mosel. A boat trip on the river or tilt-cart trip is also recommended. The wine, the centre of this wine town, is certainly worth the trouble of a tasting.
