The small village of Drvalovice is situated on the east of the high plateaus of Bohemia and Moravia, about 35 km north of Brno. The hilly landscape is ideal for cycling (signposted paths only 50m from the house), but also hiking and several outdoor activities. Swimming in Sebetov (at 6 km) or in the reservoir of Letovice (at 11 km). Tennis courts in Letovice (at 8 km). Indoor swimming-pool, sauna, bowling, fitness in Boskovice (at 11 km). Golf in Korenov (at 15 km).
Possible excursions: Arboretorium in Borotin, castle in Boskovice and Rajec-Jestrebi, fortresses of Svojanov, Pernstejn and Bouzov, the stone knights of Kunstat, Moravian Karst (the abyss of Macocha, the stalactite cave of Punkevni, Sloupsko-Sosuvske, Balcarka).
