House description
On an altitude of 700 m. lies this recently, completely restored country house in the middle of the northern province of Le Marche. Your holiday home is blessed with a magnificent view of the wooded hills of the region and of the Monte Nerone, the highest mountain tops in this part of the Apennines. The historic village of Apecchio is at your feet, it has a cosy centre where you can taste all the local delicacies in the restaurants and bars. The estate covers no less than 27 ha. of forest and lawns where your children will certainly enjoy themselves while you relax in the brand new swimming pool with hydro massage. You could spend a lovely evening with the other guests of the country house in the communal salon or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and/or wood stove together. The owner, who lives next to the restored country house will shower you with tips to make your visit to Apecchio an unforgettable experience. In this country house which houses 4 apartments in total, we have contracted three apartments (IT-61042-05 and IT-61042-06 and IT-61042-08) with entrance on the ground floor.
