The Ca Resto holiday home is only 12 km from Urbino in the beautiful region of Le Marche. There are 6 apartments in the house, IT-61033-01, IT-61033-02 and IT-61033-03. The charming host lives in one of them. The apartments are well kept, simply furnished and each has a small terrace with garden furniture. The two swimming pools, the garden and the BBQ are shared. The small swimming pool is perfect for small children. The owner enjoys talking to his guests and always has some interesting tips about the area. The house is 300 metres high in the hills. It is surrounded by a spacious garden with nut trees, fruit trees, flowers, plants and herbs.
You can enjoy delightful views of the hills of the Le Marche from the house. It is a perfect base for trips to San Marino, Gubbio and Urbino. You can also enjoy a day on the beach.
