On the complex are 12 privately owned villas situated with a communal swimming pool with a furnished terrace set amidst the garden. The villa is well equipped and has outside terraces at both the front and rear and a private roof terrace. The villa is fitted with locally sourced furniture and is tiled throughout in a typical and traditional Mallorca theme.
Cala Sant Vicenç is a former fishing village with its beautiful beaches situated in the northern coast of Mallorca. The nearest beach Cala Molins is a 3 minute walk from the villa and is excellent for swimming and snookering, as well as sunbathing and relaxing at the beach side bar. Cala Sant Vicençt has many restaurants and bars and two small supermarkets. Nearby inland is the historic old Mallorca town of Pollença, with a lively and colorful market and on the coast the beautiful port of Puerto Pollença, with its marina and large bay and sandy beaches are all well worth visiting.
