The farmhouse is on a large private plot of 10,000 m. Dogs can run freely. You can reach delightful walking and cycling areas straight from the house. You can also rent a canoe. The coast is just 35 kilometres away. You'll find interesting towns in the area such as Leer and Papenburg. The house recently underwent total renovation. It has a complete built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are three bedrooms.
