Situated in Tranche sur Mer, facing the Ile of Ré, on the banks of the atlantic ocean, a superb résidence of great standing, in colonial style, with a swimming-pool and sunbathing-terrace opposite the sea. The résidence contains several appartments of different capacity, perfectly decorated. The résidence has "its feet in the water" with direct acces to the fine sand beach, 50 m of the centre of town and its commerces. Its white houses and small streets confer a southern character to La Tranche sur Mer, avid of sun, waves and sensations ! Cycling paths and walking trails incite young and old to discover the natural surroundings (beaches, forests, swamps). From the jetty visit La Rochelle, l'Ile de Ré (visible from the coast), l'Ile d'Aix. Ideal situation, favourable climate, waves of the Atlantic, wind and sun are also attracting funboarders and surfers.
