House description
In a closed Valley flows the river the Lienne between vast forests and meadows.
This idyllically situated chalet is located right on a Brook, Chavanne called.
Via a short dirt road you reach the spacious driveway of the 1100 m2 large plot that offers lots of privacy. A large lawn with high planting around offer enough place to enjoy Sun and shade as well as the different terraces.
The large covered veranda with tuinzit provides access to a complete rebuilt chalet with a modern equipment and comfort. In addition to a modern kitchen design with cooking, refrigeration and laundry facilities you will find there a dining area and cosy living room with wood stove. The two bedrooms offer four sleeping places near the bathroom with toilet and shower. From the seating area you looks pretty on the Brook followed by pasture and forests.

The plot is located directly on an extensive network of beautiful walking routes along meadows and streams, by (often extensive) forests and hills. We recommend to use good footwear and for good cards due to lost chance.
In addition, in the environment plenty of activities such as mountain biking, horse riding, abseiling, canoeing, rafting and also the last winters extensive opportunities for winter sports. Also think of amusement park Telecoo, the caves of Remouchamps, the thermal baths of Spa and culinary Wallonie.
Within 30 minutes driving you to beautiful places like Liège, Bastogne, Trois-Ponts, Stavelot, Spa or Malmedy. On the border with Luxenmburg recently have opened a variety of shopping centers where you can go shopping and cheap can refuel; definitely worth a daytrip.
