Authentic "agriturismo" (farm) in Lazio, the province of Rome, close to the border with Toscany and Umbria. At this agriturismo there are a total of 4 accommodations in 3 different buildings. The interior is simple, but authentic and comfortable. You can enjoy a big estate with various fruit trees, a soccer field, communal company space where you can eat pleasantly together, a stone oven and the possiblity to participate in the farm life (among others, picking fruit and vegetables). The location is ideal to visit the surrounding: within 10km you will find Tuscany with Siena, within 20km is the Bolsena lake (beaches), within 40km the border with Umbria, 80km Perugia (capital city of Umbria) and the Tuscany coast and within 130km the Italian capital city Rome.
In the direct surrounding: the river Paglia where you can find various woods for hunting.
This ground floor holiday home measures approximately 40 m. In the grounds you will find a small out-house.
The Agriturismo have a certain agreement with the thermal centre (health resort) Fonteverde (S. Casciano Bagni) where you can get a discount.
In the closely situated towns Proceno or Acquapendente you will find swimming pools, maneges and other facilities.
NOTE: The energy costs of the agriturismo in middle - and low season are quite high, due to the very separate and authentic structure of the accommodations.
