25km from Perpignan, with a beautiful view over the
encircled mountains and over the Mediterranean Sea.
This magnificent, comfortable villa (290m2) is
situated in an extremely peaceful surrounding with sea
beaches within 40km. To do: the Katharen route (among
others Peyrepertuse) or the Roman abbeys (St. Martin
the Canigou). A splendid holiday destination. This
villa stands on the same terrain (15 hectare property
with several hiking routes) as the FR-66300-03, with
private use of the swimming pool (round 34m2). A Roman 11th
century church, La Trinité, within 10km. Font Romeu
(winter ski area) within 100km; l'homme Tautavel
(400.000 years old); Perpignan, the former Catalonian
capital with its many places of interest and the
Palace of the king of Mallorca within 35km. The museum
of Salvator Dali within 50km (Figueres). The domain
is completely situated in a nature area.

We've just returned from a wonderful holiday in this accommodation. The area is fantastic, natural and remote. Views back to the Ocean are superb... which you can see from the large patio or from the great swimming pool. Really nice owner who was very helpful, informative and a pleasure to meet. Make sure you go and visit Castelnou as it is really beautiful plus try and make it a Tuesday when the market is on.
