Holiday park La Mercantine is located in the Jura and offers attached holiday residences with a beautiful view over Lake Vouglans.;
In the midst of nature and a mountainous environment of the Jura, you will find holiday park La Mercatine. The holiday park is a great basis for exploring the surrounding area and discovering the pleasures of the snow: sleighrides, walks in the snow, dogsled rides, skiing and Nordic skiing. The toy museum in Moirands and the local artisanal products such as woodwork and wooden dolls are certainly worth a visit. Skiing is possible in Domaine des Rousses (from 1120 to1680m in elevation with 16 green, 7 blue, 16 red and 4 black runs) and in Domaine des Monts Jura (from 900 to 1670m in elevation with 16 green, 15 blue, 13 red and 5 black runs, a snow park and 2 boardercross). The drive to both resorts is about an hour from the holiday park. Nordic skiers are also right at home here: Domaine des Rousses offers 220km. of tracks and Domaine des Monts Jura 120km. Nordic skiers will also have fun at Domaine de Prénovel-Les-Piards, about a half hour away, where there are 68 km. of tracks for all levels and 29 km. of tracks for snowshoeing.
