This comfortable holiday residence is located in Santa Eulària des Riu. The house is in a rural location on a fenced private property of 2500 m2. This detached holiday home is built in a modern style and consists of two residential sections. You will reside in the holiday residence on the ground floor and have your own entrance.
The wood stove in the living room provides the necessary heat and atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax during a fresh summer evening or a cooler stay in the fall.
Because all of the bedrooms border the terrace, they are light and have a fresh atmosphere. The garden of the holiday residence is still being installed.
The central location of the residence is perfect for exploring the island. Only five minutes away by car you will find the beach as well as the centre of Santa Eularia with various shops and restaurants. In the surrounding area there are excursions and attractions available such as (under)water sports. Ibiza city, with its upper town Dalt Vila (25 minutes by car) offers a diverse range of cultural and historic elements.
You cant miss a visit to Café del Mar in San Antonio (approx. 25 km), where you can enjoy a spectacular sunset.
