Vista es Vedra is an attractive holiday home, comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated. It is on the west coast of Ibiza with panoramic views of Es Vedra and the sea.
The entrance gate leads to the patio. There is a large, partly covered terrace at the front of the house with a brick-built seat, sunloungers and wooden dining table. The terrace has attractive foliage. It has a strong Mediterranean feel. There is a brick-built barbecue at the side of the terrace. Stairs lead from the terrace to the large shared swimming pool. The pool has its own sunbathing terrace. There is a splendid view of the sea from the terraces. In a few minutes walk you can reach the pritty beach of Cala Codolar by descending stairs made of stone. Vista es Vedra is around 15 minutes by car from San José and around 25 minutes from Ibiza Town. The Cala Conta beach, with its attractive pavement cafes and restaurants, is only a few minutes away by car. You can enjoy good food there.
The light living area has a comfortable sofa and dining table with chairs. The large sliding door opens onto a terrace. There is a small open plan kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, cooker with oven and microwave. The washing machine is in a separate part of the patio. There are two double bedrooms with bathrooms in the house.
