Lehnhausen is a small village of around 100 inhabitants. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The village is on the outskirts of the Burgwald and near the Kellerwald. Youll find plenty of space and perfect tranquillity here. This is a delightful area for long walks and cycle rides through fields and woods. You can also discover this beautiful area on horseback under the expert guidance of the landlady who has four horses and two ponies. The area has many places of interest. These include Gemunden, Kloster Haina, Christenberg, Battenberg, Waldeck, the Edersee and more. The cities of Marburg, Korbach, Bad Wildungen and Frankenberg are all well worth visiting. Youll find an information folder in the holiday home with things to do in the area. There's plenty to enjoy here for young and old.
