This fully detached house is situated directly across from the ski pistes and luge track of Sankt Andreasberg on a dead end street without through traffic. You have the house all to yourself, and have four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a utility room with washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner, and a beautiful roof terrace (30 m2) with a free view of the pistes and surrounding forest. There is also a play/lounging lawn of 300m2 where you can enjoy the quiet, fresh mountain air and the beautiful view.
Sankt Andreasberg is perfect for any season, and recommended both for families with children and nature lovers. There are beautiful walking paths in the surrounding area and sometimes you wont see anyone else the entire day, but there are also many sights for young and old. A ride on the small gauge railway through the Harz is wonderful, as are visites to the caves in Rübeland, or a day of culture in historic cities of Wernigerode, Quedlinburg and Goslar.
In the winter you can reach the ski piste opposite the house in ten minutes on foot. Sankt Andreasberg has a great ski area with 2 chairlifts and 3 drag lifts which are perfect for families with children, and thanks to the snow cannons, snow is assured.

The parking places are 20 metres further on from the house. The access road is kept as snow-free as possible, but is relatively steep. Snow changes and winter tyres are advised.
