House description
This unique holiday home was completely renovated in 2007 and 2008. You will enjoy sole occupancy. The farmhouse dates from 1850 and is a listed building. It offers a delightful combination of traditional charm and modern comfort. You can enjoy long walks through the mountains and nearby forest directly from the house. The holiday home is at the edge of the village. The well known tourist centres of Ruhpolding, Inzell and Siegsdorf are all walking distance from the home. The famous Chiemsee is only 15 minutes away by car. There is a magnificent view of the 1674m high Rauschberg from the terrace. The terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue. This is a unique house in an exceptional area.

Directly besides the house you find a 150m² beach along the river.
