There is a great view out towards the Dolomites from the balcony, and downstairs there is a pretty, shared garden. Situated just above valley level, and ideally located for trips to the Grossglockner, the chic resort of Cortina in the Dolomites, and the glaciers and traditional farm villages of the Hohe Tauern National Park. All this in the milder and more stable southern Alpine climate, and near the regional capital Lienz, which has a readily noticeable Italian influence.
