A stone terrace-house (95 m2) in a medium-sized village. Characteristic, with a sheltered terrace and a small sheltered courtyard. Spacious and comfortable interior, with a cosy atmosphere.
It is situated south of the 'Drôme Provençal' between the 'Gorges de l'Ardèche', the 'Enclave des Papes' and the
'Mont Ventoux', 10 miles from Valréas and Montélimar (capital of nougat). The medieval and botanic village Grignan, 3 miles away, is valued for the castle of the Marchioness of Sévigné and the festive nights that are being held there.
Attention: the single adjoining bedroom is meant for 1 child (door height 1m50)
