This 17th century cottage is to the rear of the owners? house and 4 other cottages. Recently equipped, it in addition enjoys access to a relatively private part of the garden (the other cottages being on the other side of the building) with garden furniture and a barbecue.

This property built around a 17th century house has been extremely well renovated and is just waiting for you. It is divided into 5 adjoining holiday cottages but is not overlooked and will accommodate 6 people. The owner (and caretaker) also lives on the property.
?Les Petits Prés? is perfect therefore for a family with 2, 3 or 4 children wanting to make friends while their parents relax in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Of course larger groups could book the whole property. There is a large swimming pool (6x12 - salt filtration), pétanque area, table tennis, beach volleyball: everything is designed for the pleasure of young and old.
Don?t fail to visit the many nearby chateaus, villages, gardens and Lascaux caves, among the many magnificent sites our region has to offer. Not far from here you will also be able to enjoy a range of memorable leisure activities, fine food, playing golf, going for walks ... Dordogne has so much to offer!
