The authentic village of Pigi is located close to the tourist areas but still offers the true Cretan lifestyle with narrow streets and whitwashed houses. Rethymnon is easily reachable (ca. 10km) and from Pigi every half hour buses go to this city. The house is centrally located nearby beaches and the highway to explore the beautiful island. The airports are also easily reachable.
