A beautiful residential building, with splendid views(except from ground-floor)from its generous terraces. It has a garden with palm trees and a swimming pool for adults and for children. There is free parking, a restaurant and supermarket not far from the complex. What's more, it is located only 800m from Alcocebre town centre; a town with a Mediterranean climate located between the sea and the mountains which has more than 10km of coast with five sandy beaches with clear water. There is also the Las Fuente Marina area with its shops, ice-cream parlours, restaurants, etc. Whats more you can take part in activities such as diving, dinghy and catamaran sailing, surfing, and daily excursions to the Islas Columbretes nature reserve. For nature lovers, the Serra Irta Nature Reserve offers its vast natural landscapes where you can go hiking and enjoy the rich flora and fauna typical of the Mediterranean.
