A detached villa (40 m2) in een complex of 15 houses. Big terrace with sea view, big shared swimming pool (14 x 7 m open from 29/5 to 11/9), pool house. It is located in the south of Corsica, between sea and mountains.
The complex stands on a tree park with flowers of 3 hectare, 14 m2 private, at a wood of 15000 m2 and 400 metres from the very beautiful bay with white sand beach.
It is spacious, light and comfortable.
The town and shops are within 400m. Porto Vecchio is within 25 km. Solenzara within 14 km.

Ideally situated 400 metres from a pretty inlet of fine sand and with a 15,000 m forest. The spot is peaceful, full of flowers and access to the residence is restricted by means of an access code.
The park is in a favoured location, just a few kilometres from the main tourist towns (Porto Vecchio 25 km, Solenzara 14 km, Bonifacio, etc.) and magnificent inland sites (Bavella, Ospedale forest, etc.).
In Tarco, you will be able to hire boats, pedal boats and scooters, or go windsurfing and even water skiing.
A number of activities are available in the surrounding area such as horse riding, undersea fishing or walking in the mountains (Conca, start from GR 20).
