Holiday home in a quiet location in the small village of Guindrecourt sur Blaise (approx. 50 inhabitants) in the valley of the idyllic River Blaise.
This former outbuilding was built in 1854 and still has many authentic features. The living room has a large Burgundian fireplace and oak panelling. In various places there are wooden beams that support the ceiling.
In addition to the living room, the holiday home has a nicely equipped kitchen, a living room, 4 bedrooms a toilet and a simple bathroom.
From the three bedrooms you have a beautiful view of the village and surrounding hills.
The front garden faces the south and offers a lovely sunny spot for breakfast. Fresh baguette from the bakery and fresh eggs bought at the neighbors place across the road, makes the start of the day complete!
At the back of the holiday home there is a second garden of at least 40 metres in depth. This garden is fully closed off. In a separate section there is an inflatable swimming pool of 4.5 metres in diameter (approx. 90 cm deep) from mid-May to the end of August, and it is very child friendly.
When the weather is less perfect, the former stables provide sufficient space for the smaller guests.
Various fruit trees festoon the back garden, and when the fruit trees are ripe, you can pick the fruit for your own use. In addition, there is garden furniture available, so that you can enjoy the spectacular view from the shade or the sun.
From the back garden you look through kilometres of the Blaise valley. An ideal hilly landscape for walking or cycling.
In short, an ideal holiday location for the nature lover!
There is indoor parking. There is a second parking space in the back garden.
A changing table with commode is also available.
