This renovated, attached holiday home is in Concremiers, a small village in the middle of France. The village is in a quiet country area in the department of Indre. It is 4 km south of the small town of Le Blanc, between Poitiers and Chateauroux.
This is a traditional, comfortably furnished house. It is in the middle of the village. Its origins and rich history date back to the 18th century. The Dutch owners have carefully maintained its engaging charm and originality.
The house has a romantic courtyard which is most enjoyable during the day and evenings. The home is in an excellent sunny position. Due to its thick walls it stays pleasantly cool.
Concremiers is on the river lAnglin. The house enjoys a good view of the watermill on the river. Just cross the street, go down some steps and you are at the river with its meadow, benches and shady trees. This is an ideal place for a picnic, lunch or just to sit and enjoy the tranquil setting.
