House description
Situated not far from Chateauroux and Bourges, in Berry, this cottage (70m2) is a single storey dwelling in an old, remote farmhouse. The cottage has two separate bedrooms as well as two bathrooms. The peaceful garden with a terrace (40m2), enables you to take full advantage of the beautiful summer weather.
In the region, there are long footpaths where you can go for walks, or you can go bike riding, fishing, or even wine tasting in an excellent cellar. The nearest visit are the Berry's castle, The Loire's castle, The Sancerre's Wines, the Sologne and the Creuse. The pound near the house is for fishing and it is forbidden to swin inside. You can swim in a lake at 8 Km from the house.
