House description
This rural property, with over 200 years of history, is built traditionally in stone and wood and has undergone complete renovation works with respect of the original architecture. The house is split into two parts, to make maximum use of the space. These two areas can be rented together or separately.
The house enjoys a wonderful position, in the area known as 'La soria Verde' or 'Pinares Bajos', very close to places of great artistic, cultural and natural interest.
Close to the house, in a maximum radius of 20 km, you will find wonderful spots such as the Cañón del Río Lobos Natural Park (with the San Bartolomé hermitage), the La Fuentona natural monument, the medieval town of Calatañazor and the El Sabinar Natural Park with Playa Pita and its multitude of water sports.
