Beautifully located holiday home renovated in 2008/9 between the Mölltal Glacier and Ost-Tirol in upper Carinthia. Unusual is the very large modern studio room upstairs, which is either a bedroom, a living room or a combination of both. It leads to the equally spacious rooftop sun terrace. The two 'main' bedrooms are located on the ground floor, of which one adjoins the brand new kitchen diner. The (less modern) bathroom is downstairs.
The garden is a massive 1400m2, and has its own spring. Very remotely located for absolute privacy, but down in the valley and not too far from the main road, so access is easy all year. Heating is either with wood (cheaper) or oil (easier)
