A corridor joins the living kitchen diner at one end to the bathroom at the far end. The two bedrooms are in the middle. All of it brand new, of course, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The garden behind the house is enormous, with BBQ, table tennis, and if you wish, 3 bikes for (very cheap) hire. The centre of the town is a 15 minute walk, famous as the home of artist Werner Berg, and the Petzen mountain lift, Pirkdorfersee lake and slovenian border are all a 5-10 minute drive.
