Chalet Hartl lies on the edge of the village of officially the sunniest village in Austria, Diex. The spacious property (117 m) is finished in wood to give a 'chalet' feel, and is equipped with all modern comforts. It has 3 bedrooms spread over its 2 floors, and an infra-red sauna downstairs. There is a large, furnished breakfast sun terrace and downstairs a small sunbathing area (grass) with garden furniture and a few lounge chairs.
