The appartment on the first floor is almost 2 appartments. One half is a studio for 2 with a kitchenette, double bed south facing balcony and a seperate shower and wc. Through the door there is another room for up to 3 children with another seperate shower and WC - perfect for the kids, giving a little privacy for everyone. For 2 adults the studio is comfortably large enough.
Downstairs there is a breakfast room where there is also a TV. Outside in summer there is a BBQ area, a circular 5m wide pool and a large garden for relaxing.
