This apartment is located only 100 m from the Atlantic Ocean in the oldest part of the beach town of Puerto del Carmen. The apartment is nicely furnished and has a spacious living room and a terrace. The terrace offers you the option of breakfasting together in the Spanish sun, while you enjoy the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the old harbour of Puerto del Carmen.
Puerto del Carmen is one of the most famous beach towns on Lanzarote. A walk along the 6 km long boulevard with various shops, restaurants and terraces is a wonderful way to explore the area and atmosphere of Puerto del Carmen. In addition to the long boulevard, Puerto del Carmen also offers the option of various water sports, such as water skiing, windsurfing and diving. In short, an ideal location to gather with your family to spend the holidays.

Tips from the owner
Below the apartment there are different restaurants especialized in fish. There is an active nightlife in the area. At the begining of August, it takes place the Saint Carmen festival, where there are a variety of events and entertainment in the area.
We suggest renting a car to get around the island.
The town of Tias offers dining options, such as restaurants specializing in grilled, tapas and wine, and so on. On Fridays there are very good atmosphere in the center of Tias. But if you want fresh fish Puerto del Carmen, El Golfo and the north of the island it is a must due to the great variety of restaurants by the seaside where you can taste fresh fish and an excellent white wine from Lanzarote.
Lanzarote is well known for its wines, but Malvasia volcanic white wine, fresh and fruity, ideal for fish and shellfish. We recommend VULCANO de LANZAROTE, a winery specialized in white and rosé wines. This wine can be ordered in different restaurants on the island or at the winery where the owners will be delighted to show the winery.
