This authentic country cottage is in a quiet location. It is on the outskirts of a small village and surrounded by hills, fields and woods. The cottage enjoys wonderful views. You can enjoy delightful walks and cycling trips straight from the cottage. You'll find numerous walking trails in the surrounding area and to cycle alongside the Canal de Nivernais is a delight. The nearby River Aron, various small ponds and larger lakes, are all perfect for swimming. You can also enjoy plenty of water sports on the larger lakes including sailing, rowing, canoeing, surfing, and pedal boating. The cities of Nevers, Moulins and Autun are well worth a visit. As are the towns of Bourges, Avallon and Vezelay. The last two are perched on hilltops. You'll find museums and much to enjoy in all of them. The Morvan National Park has beautiful, unspoilt nature and charming villages. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity where you can enjoy delicious meals at a reasonable price.
